To keep our crews operating efficiently and ensure reliable service for all customers, we maintain the following service policies. We always aim to be fair, transparent, and easy to work with, and we deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept cash, check, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle and major credit/debit cards. (Please note: card payments include a small processing fee to cover merchant costs.)
We understand that life gets busy and invoices can occasionally be overlooked. Prompt payment helps keep our small team running smoothly.
If you ever anticipate a delay, please reach out — we’re always happy to work with you when we know what’s going on.
Payments returned by the bank for insufficient funds (NSF) incur a $35 returned check fee.
Payment for both the service and fee must be made within 5 business days to avoid interruption of future service.
After two NSF incidents, future payments may be required by cash or credit/debit card.
Our service routes are carefully planned so we can serve all customers efficiently.
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a $60 service fee.
This fee helps cover the crew time reserved specifically for your property.

We truly appreciate your understanding! Your cooperation helps us serve the entire community better.
If weather or property conditions prevent safe completion of work (such as heavy rain, snow, or other limitations), we will reschedule at the earliest available time.
Because crew time and travel are reserved for each scheduled visit, a $60 minimum service charge may apply if access is not possible upon arrival due to access limitations such as locked gates, or loose/aggressive pets.
During peak seasons our schedule fills up quickly.
Rescheduled or missed visits are moved to the next available opening and may not occur within the original service week.
